Fulton Industrial has welcomed a number of new land owners recently, including Explore Contracting, F.A.B. Welding (www.fabwelding.ca), Wescana Industries (www.wescana.ca) and Alpha Auto Parts (www.alpha-autoparts.com) and will have some additional announcements shortly.
Development of PHASE 3 began in summer 2025 and will deliver 17 new industrial lots in Summer 2026 ranging from 2.5 acres and up. Of note, Phase 3 of Fulton Industrial Park will include a piped water utility allowing for metered connections for potable water and ESFR sprinkler systems.
