Falk Panels Canada Ltd. have opened their new facility in the Fulton Industrial Park in Rocky View County, AB.
When Falk Panels Canada was looking to construct a new building and storage yard, the Fulton Industrial Park was the ideal location to meet the growing demands of their business.
“We were initially looking around for some investment opportunity and were speaking with a guy we know who was in the midst of doing the same thing. He was looking to relocate his office and mentioned the Fulton Industrial development. We started looking into it and there was very good value in the land prices plus all the benefits of being in the (Rocky View) County as opposed to the City,” says Darren Koyata, a director with Falk Panels Canada.
FALK is a young and dynamic compnay, founded in 2008. With and ultra modern Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) production line located in Ede, near the centre of Holland, they are able to ship their product worldwide. Their building in Fulton is a sales office and showroom and profiles some of their own products in its construction. More information about Falk can be found at: www.falkpanels.ca
“The rural surroundings make it seem remote at first, but it’s actually only a 10 minute drive from south east Calgary and has great access. You don’t think about a 10 minute drive within the City but the value you get for the 10 minutes to Fulton is huge in terms of land costs and property taxes. We think there is great long term potential here.”
Falk Panels developed a 6,000 sq.ft. building with an expandable design on about 2.5 acres in the Fulton Industrial park.
The Fulton Industrial Park is a 525 acre master planned industrial development located directly on the Highway 22x corridor just east of Calgary in Rocky View County. Fulton Industrial offers cost effective industrial development land for sale as well as build-to-suit industrial building opportunities. For more info: www.fultonindustrial.ca.
